Our story

Pastor Paul and Brooke pioneered and planted Harvest Family as the Lord began to stir their heart for the people in the Cypress region. The Lord spoke to Pastor Paul’s heart very strongly as he was driving along the 290 corridor… “Have I not commanded you, be strong and of a good courage, I will be with you..” ((Joshua 1:9). From that moment under the guidance of their Pastor and Brooke’s dad, Pastor Steve Weaver, they began to take steps in prayer and fasting, building a launch team and having a bible study in a local coffee shop. The Lord then opened the door for our current campus location on the strategic intersection of Cypress N. Houston and Telge Rd and Harvest Family Church held its very first service on Easter Sunday, April 24, 2011. Harvest Family is a daughter church of New Life Church where Pastor Paul and Brooke served in leadership beginning in 2006.

He made a way!

Money and supplies came in from out of no where. People we didn’t know came in flocks to help us rip out the sheet rock and carpet. Truly supernatural provision from the Lord. We serve an awesome God! We know God has given our church a rebirth for a purpose and we are fired up to carry out His will.
